I posted this over at the Asylum and thought I would do so here as well, as I understand he is a member here too...
I have never posted alongside Bowmore, nor talked to him in chat.
I really know little about him other than he was here and now he is gone...
But last night I had a dream and he was in it, so I thought I would share it with you, or him if he is lurking about...
In my dream I called a friend up to chat. I do not remember now who that person was, other than I know him irl. He was watching a movie, and he said "Bowmore is here, do you want to talk to him?" I said, "yes, of course I do."
So I talked with Bowmore awhile. I don't remember anything we talked about other than he said or I said (it's kind of confusing) that he should come back here... at any rate we both agreed on this. It seemed like we knew each other.
He seemed to be happy, there was laughter in the background on the telephone, he was obviously with good friends and enjoying himself.
This morning I talked to an Asylumite who knows of Bowmore, and I told him about my dream. He asked me if I had viewed his profile, I said no, that I had only seen a picture of him in the asylum photo album, the one of him with a cigar. I said to him that the the picture reminded me of someone I had seen in my parent's photos, that he didn't seem "of this time". I laughed a bit when I saw his profile and noted that his birthday was listed as May 4, 1641. And while I did not know this, I was told that the name he listed as his, Connor MacLeod, is the name of the Highlander, a movie character I am not familiar with. Was the Highlander a time traveller? Immortal?
There were some other weird things that came up when I viewed Bowmore's profile, just odd little connections.
This is all kind of strange to me.
