Grant Morrison.

I seriously urge all of you to go and get some Comics written by Grant Morrison. Most importantly, The Invisibles, the first Trade Paperback of which is titles "Say You Want a Revolution..." and is fucking EXCELLENT. I seriously think it was one of the influences of The Matrix.

I also recommend "Transmetropolitan" by Warren Ellis, and "Preacher" by Garth Ennis.

Even if you all choose not to read any of these things, please, go into a comic shop and take a look at "Transmetropolitan: I Hate It Here." by Warren Ellis. Its not expensive, $10 at Amazon.com I think. Its just, so true.
