2) Carbs and salt
3) I've never seen a ramen commercial.

i have. it featured japanese cowboys and slapstick humour, and a song that went something like this: "sapporo, sapporo, sapporo ichiban".
also, the excessive salt makes it not only not good for you, but BAD. it leaches nutrients from the body.
