Soon, my eyesight will deteriorate, I'll develop shaking in my hands, have a spare tire, work as a middle manager and spend my dull and meaningless nights after work sucking down PBR's and cussing at the football game. Worse, I'll drive a Dodge Intrepid and think it's a perfect compromise between power and luxury. :(
I DON' WANNA GROW UP, DAMMIT!!
Far as I can tell, 20 is about the point where you get your intellectual shit together. I'm pegging 25 for getting life together in decent fashion and setting major goals.
You start seeing your own inner subtleties, appreciate the same in others. People are now overtly fallible and forgivable.
All the beneficial habits and lessons you acquired up to this point start having an exponential effect. (Or you leech off the parents whilst flying through college on a rocket-powered keg. *shrug*) The shitty habits become one of two things - you either mire yourself in them to escape life like all those people who never quite escaped the high school years, or you have to work 10 times as hard to surpass them.
Most of all, though; you learn that even with two decades of life that you're still in many ways a kid. If you're smart, you let yourself enjoy a little bit of the old rebellion and idealism.
Getting old is pretty sobering.
Grazie, Mudflap...even if I need a bug-sprayer filled with Gay-Away on occasion. :o

Must not go outside.
Outside = exposure to evil fire-disk of Hades.
Inside = warmth, creature comforts, and computar. :D

Now, that sounds like the EA I know. Happy birthday, you scrawny, pencil-necked little bundle of nicotine.

Only slightly scrawny at this point due to winter muscle atrophy and the like. Last job had me bulked up a good bit, even despite the metabolism.
Smoke a little over half a pack a day now, give or take. :p Think in about 6 months my vices will have become so miniscule as to pass scrutiny.
As fer the neck - I dunno. It seems big enough when I've gotta shave the god-damned thing. Matches the clothing I wear. I'm just small, apparently.
