The wife of a friend asked for a letter of reference.
Kind of a personal letter with a littel "used to work with the guy" touch to it.
The version I PDF'd and send away is nice. (the bottom) but my other version, which his wife passed on to his mom and other family members, does more justice.
Just wanted to share.

I have known Dwayne personally for nine years and during this time I have always admired how much booze Dwayne dishes out at his Halloween and New Year's parties.
It was unfortunate that I had to work with Dwayne at Toys R Us, Ltd. as I might have been able to get further along within the company had my association with him not caused Management to have more than 1/2 the employees let go because of alcholism and drug traffiking. Dwayne seems to be a selfish individual who invariably understands exactly what it takes to manipulate a situation and pound the pooch without getting caught.
Dwayne is an extremely resourceful, creative, and solution-oriented person who is frequently able to come up with new schemes and devilish ideas about prostitution and child/slave labour.
As well, Dwayne always gets along extremely well others. He is highly respected for his pimping expertise not only by colleagues and employees, but by customers and of course, within his group of peers and friends.
