My daughter will be 8-years-old soon. She's having trouble accepting that humans are animals.

Underneath, I realize that it's pride that keeps my species from admitting to the simplicity of fact. "We" wish to place ourselves far and above a designation so belittling as "animal"; a word we created and defined.

My child cannot accept that humans are animals in the purest sense.

Ironically, I'll need God's help to teach her about Evolution and String Theory.

On the other hand, I could just get her a gaming station for xmas....

smaller things are made of littler things

little things are made fo teeny tiny things

and teeny tiny things are made of things you must believe in to find

even a child can see that ppl are made of more than one part

they just don't com-pre-hend the difference between the parts they can see and the parts they believe in
